refund policy
For any undamaged/unopened product, returns and exchanges are available. if applicable, return shipping will be at the purchaser's expense. Returns must include all original accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 7 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased.
any product that arrives damaged will be exchanged as long as roastbusters coffee is notified within 48 hours of receipt of damaged product. email jeremy@roastbusterscoffee.com to initiate exchange process. shipping cost of the replacement will be at the expense of roastbusters coffee.
